Our refund policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds will be processed for the marriage services we offer. Please read the policy carefully before booking our services.

1. Non-Refundable Advance Payment

• A 75% advance payment of the total package amount is required at the time of booking.
• 25% of the package amount paid at the time of booking is non-refundable under any circumstances.

2. Cancellation Policy

• If the wedding is canceled more than 3 months before the scheduled date, 75% of the advance amount will be refunded (excluding the non-refundable 25%).
• If the wedding is canceled more than 2 months before the scheduled date, 50% of the advance amount will be refunded (excluding the non-refundable 25%).
• No refund will be provided for cancellations made less than 1 month before the wedding date.

3. Overrun Charges

• The standard duration of the marriage ceremony is a minimum of 2 hours. Any extension beyond this time will be charged additionally:
• An additional charge of 10% of the package amount will apply for every extra hour, subject to the availability of Acharya Ji and the Vedic Marriage Team.
• If there is a delay of more than 3 hours beyond the scheduled time, the continuation of the ceremony will be subject to the availability of the Acharya Ji and the Vedic Marriage Team.

4. Changes in Ceremony Duration or Rituals

• Any changes to the duration or rituals of the marriage ceremony must be communicated at the time of booking.
• The marriage ceremony will follow Vedic rituals. If other types of rituals are desired, they must be specified at the time of booking.

5. Discounts and Promotional Benefits

• A 5% discount on the package amount will be offered if the Mandap/Phera timings are scheduled according to the company's recommendations.
• Customers who share wedding pictures and videos with Vedic Vivaah for promotional use on social media platforms will receive a 5% discount on the total package cost.

6. Premium Package Terms

• For premium wedding packages (Silver, Gold, and Diamond), Dr. Udyan Arya (International Vedic Scholar, PhD) will personally conduct the marriage ceremony as Acharya Shri.
• Customers can select VedPathi (boys or girls) for mantra recitation in premium packages at no additional cost.

7. Additional Fees for Marriage Certificate

• If the customer wishes to obtain a marriage certificate, a fee of ₹25,000 (in addition to the package amount) will be charged.
• The certificate will be issued by the local registrar, and the customer’s cooperation with the company is required.
• The fee is subject to change based on government charges.

8. Mandatory Pre-Wedding Meetings

• After booking, the customer is required to attend two meetings:
• One with Acharya Ji
• One with the company manager

9. Right to Modify Policy

• Vedic Vivaah reserves the right to modify this disclaimer and refund policy at any time without prior notice.
• Any modifications will be published on the website and will be applicable to future bookings
