Terms and conditions |
- 1. हम केवल विवाह/ फेरे/लावा/बेदी की सेवाएं दे रहे हैं । दिए गए सभी पैकेज केवल विवाह प्रयोजनों के लिए हैं ।

1. We provide marriage phera/lavan/bedi services only. All packages offered are strictly for wedding purposes. |
- 2. जिस पैकेज का भी चयन किया जाएगा । उस विवाह संस्कार की 75% राशि पहले एडवांस में ली जाएगी तथा 25% राशि शादी वाले दिन ली जाएगी ।

2. For the selected package, 75% of the amount for the marriage ceremony must be paid in advance, and the remaining 25% must be paid on the wedding day. |
- 3. विवाह संस्कार की अवधि न्यूनतम 1
 घंटे की होगी यदि इसमें कोई परिवर्तन करना है तो ग्राहक को इसकी सूचना बुकिंग के समय देनी होगी ।

3. The duration of the marriage ceremony will be a minimum of 2 hours. Any changes to this duration must be communicated at the time of booking. |
- 4. अगर किसी कारणवश शादी की दी गई निश्चित अवधि से अधिक समय लगे तो इसका भुगतान पार्टी को करना पड़ेगा जो कि उसके पैकेज का 10% प्रति घंटे के हिसाब से होगा साथ ही साथ यह आचार्य श्री की उपलब्धता पर भी निर्भर करेगा ।

4. If the wedding exceeds the scheduled time, the additional charge will be 10% of the package amount per hour, subject to the availability of the Acharya Ji. |
- 5. शादी की निश्चित अवधि में 3 घंटे से अधिक की देरी की स्थिति में शादी करवाने की जिम्मेदारी वैदिक विवाह टीम की उपलब्धता पर भी निर्भर करेगी ।

5. If there is a delay of more than 3 hours beyond the scheduled time, the Vedic Marriage Team will be subject to the availability of the conducting the Team and Acharya Shri. |
- 6. बुकिंग करते समय लिए गए पैकेज की 25% धनराशि नॉन रिफंडेबल रहेगी । यदि कोई ग्राहक किसी कारणवश तीन महीने पहले शादी को रद्द करेगी तो उसे जमा करवाई गई एडवांस धनराशि का 75% वापस किया जाएगा । यदि दो महीने पहले शादी को रद्द किया जाता है तो जमा राशि का 50% वापस किया जाएगा। एक महीने पहले शादी रद्द करने पर कोई भी रकम वापस नहीं की जाएगी ।

6. 25% of the package amount paid at the time of booking is non-refundable.
If the wedding is canceled more than 3 months in advance, 75% of the advance amount will be refunded.
If the wedding is canceled more than 2 months in advance, 50% of the advance amount will be refunded.
No refund will be provided for cancellations made less than 1 month before the wedding. |
- 7. विवाह संस्कार वैदिक विधि विधान से ही कराया जाएगा अगर किसी अन्य प्रकार की विधि का प्रयोग ग्राहक चाहता है तो कृपया बुकिंग के समय ही बताएं ।

7. The marriage ceremony will follow Vedic rituals. If any other type of ritual is desired, it must be specified at the time of booking. |
- 8. मिलनी तथा वरमाला के समय यदि ग्राहक हमारे आचार्य श्री की सेवाएं लेना चाहते हैं तो इसकी सूचना पूर्व अथवा बुकिंग के समय करनी होगी । इसका कोई अन्य चार्ज नहीं होगा ।

8. If the customer wishes to use the services of our Acharya Ji during the varmala or meeting ceremony, this must be informed before or during booking. No additional charges will apply for this service. |
- 9. हमारे तीनों प्रीमियम पैकेजो के लिए मंत्र पाठ की प्रक्रिया के लिए वेदपाठी (पुरुष एवं स्त्री ) का चयन ग्राहक द्वारा किया जा सकेगा ।

9. For our three premium packages, customers may choose Ved Pathi ( boys or girls) for mantra recitation.. |
- 10. यदि ग्राहक हमारी कंपनी को अपनी शादी के चित्र तथा वीडियो ग्राफी शेयर करेगा जिसका प्रयोग कंपनी विज्ञापन के रूप में विभिन्न सोशल प्लेटफॉर्म पर कर सकती है तो ग्राहक को अपने कुल पैकेज का 5% डिस्काउंट दिया जाएगा ।

10. If the customer shares wedding pictures and videos with our company for promotional use on social media platforms, they will receive a 5% discount on the total package cost. |
- 11. मैरिज सर्टिफिकेट पाने हेतु ग्राहक को पैकेज की धनराशि के साथ ₹25000 अलग से जमा करने होंगे। यह सर्टिफिकेट लोकल रजिस्टर से बना कर दिया जाएगा । इस सर्टिफिकेट को पाने के लिए आपको कंपनी का सहयोग भी करना पड़ेगा । यह धनराशि समय-समय पर सरकारी फीस के हिसाब से बदली भी जा सकती है।

11. To obtain a marriage certificate, the customer must pay ₹25,000 in addition to the package amount. The certificate will be issued by the local registrar. Customer Cooperation with the company is also required for this process. The fee is subject to change based on government charges. |
- 12. शादी बुक करने के बाद ग्राहक को दो बार हमारी टीम से मीटिंग करना आवश्यक होगा । जिसमें एक मीटिंग आचार्य श्री के साथ और एक मैनेजर के साथ होगी ।

12. After booking, the customer must attend two meetings with our team: one with the Acharya Ji and one with the manager. |
- 13. शादी के पूरे प्रोग्राम में मंडप तथा फेरों का समय कंपनी के हिसाब से तय करने पर 5% की अतिरिक्त छूट दी जाएगी ।

13. An additional 5% discount on the package will be provided if the timings of the Mandap/phera are scheduled in marriage as per the company’s recommendations. |
- 14. शादी के प्रीमियम पैकेज सिल्वर, गोल्ड तथा डायमंड में आचार्य श्री के रूप में कंपनी के मुख्य डॉ उदयन आर्य(अंतर्राष्ट्रीय विद्वान,विशेषज्ञ, वेदों में पीएचडी, दार्शनिक) स्वयं रहेंगे और पूरा प्रोग्राम अपनी देखरेख में करेंगे।

14. The company’s chief, Dr. Udyan Arya (International Scholar, Expert, PhD in Vedas, Philosopher), will personally be present as Acharya Shri in the premium wedding packages (Silver, Gold, and Diamond) and will conduct the entire program under his supervision. |
- 15. शादी की सेवाओं के अतिरिक्त हमारे कंपनी “शादी एक खुशहाल राह” की वर्कशॉप भी आयोजित करती है जिसमें वर वधू के परस्पर संबंध को उत्तम बनाने हेतु आचार्य श्री स्वयं निर्देश करते हैं। इस सेवा को लेने के लिए आप कंपनी से अलग से संपर्क कर सकते हैं ।

15. Apart from marriage services, our company also organizes workshops on “Shaadi Ek Khushhal Raah”, where Acharya Ji provides guidance to improve the relationship between the couple. For more details, please contact Acharya Ji directly or with company. |
